The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.

I reached out to this company, and given the fact that this requires a little skills and knowledge i told them that i am bad with those things, and Jackson without hesitation offered to help me and he has installed everything for me, helped me and assisted me more than i have ever experienced with any other company!
