Very good and fast customer service
We have been using this app for over 12 months, it is user friendly for both parties. If we've had any queries where we have needed help, we've jumped on the chat and received a real person in the live chat and been sorted very quickly. Great service, thanks

The support I get from this app is great, they will always provide the knowledge and resolve issues as best as possible. The app ticks all the boxes for me in terms of providing a subscription.
I've managed to set up a SaaS style subscription service on my store for digital products. There are a couple limitations but if you spend the time and figure out what those limitations are you can design your subscription product to work for digital SaaS.
Appstle has great customer support. They are very responsive and always willing to help with tricky questions.

I have been pretty happy with this application. There was a bit of a learning curve since this was the first "monthly club" I have set up. When I have questions, they are pretty quick and easy to work with via a live chat.
I would recommend this application.

App works well and they are responsive when issues arise.
Brooks, one of the merchant success engineers, was very helpful in making the widget appear properly on our product pages. We have yet used it for actual sales, but are excited to do so. We will update when possible.
