Simple, no issues and a great customer service!
Excellent tool for automatic invoices! I highly recommend this tool to anyone who wants an easy to use, quick integrable invoice application. The team behind this app is very professional and commited. 5 stars well-deserved.

After more than 5 years of using Sufio, we are now forced to find another solution. The reason for this is that basic services are now only available with a professional subscription. In addition, there have been problems with DMARC blocking on Sufio, which has made it even more difficult to use. We are disappointed that we have to look for a new provider after such a long time.

It's unfortunate that despite our efforts to assist, we weren't able to connect with you to resolve the issues you encountered. We reached out several times, hoping to provide the necessary support and solutions. Had we been able to communicate more effectively, we would have gladly discussed options that better suited your needs.
Regarding the email sending issue, we want to clarify that it was not caused by a Sufio system error. The problem arose after a strict DMARC policy was implemented on your domain. Because Sufio sends emails on your behalf, this policy requires specific authorization to allow us to continue doing so. We offered solutions to address this, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response.
We hope your new provider will be able to meet your expectations and provide the service you need.

Fantastic app!!! If you are looking for an invoice programme look no further. Invoices look great and professional. The back end is easy to use and the developer and there team are absolutely great. Respond instantly and even added another section for us. Connects effortlessly to your shopify store, cannot recommend this enough
Sufio is a simple app does a great job of covering many of our invoice needs. It doesn't hurt that the customer service is excellent too.
The app creates perfect automatic invoices from our shopify-orders and provides a lot of individual adjustment features. We also use this tool to create manual invoices. The support team does care a lot and answered all our mails very quickly. On our request they even included a new feature in sufio.
We definitely strongly recommend this app for everyone looking for an invoice app for shopify.
