If I had to give 0 stars I would. I had this app installed on both my stores. One store it showed up perfectly.. no issues. My other store had issues with the zoom feature. I reached out and was asked to allow permission for help with the issues. I allowed access immediately and they never addressed the problem or reached back out to me. I felt totally ignored. I uninstalled from the store I had issues with and two weeks later I'm uninstalling from the store it showed up perfectly on. Why should I support an app that doesn't support me when I have issues.

The app is designed for some specific Shopify store themes. This app is compatible with the following themes- Down, Debut, Brooklyn, and Supply. But you are using trade theme. It is not a big problem.
Rarely, the app might conflict with some theme's special characteristics, but we have a 24/7 support team ready to help. You installed the app only. You did follow our instructions for the default zoom disable option: https://greatshub.com/apps/super_pinch_zoom/faq. You should disable the default zoom option first. And we did not receive any email for support or chat, on the contrary. So, we were not even given the chance to help...

Sorry about that. Our app does not support your store theme. If you were to wait for the support team to fix the zoom issue, they would. Our app is working fine in more than 700 stores.
