We use Super QR Codes extensively across our pharmacy stores in Cairo, and it became a very effective bridge between our offline retail presence and our digital channels.

One of the biggest advantages for us was the ability to use unified QR codes across campaigns while still driving customers toward different experiences like app installs, product pages, offers, and store-specific workflows. This helped us increase mobile app adoption and create a much smoother customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.

The app is simple to manage, reliable, and flexible enough for large multi-location retail operations. We also received excellent support from the Toolstr team whenever we needed customizations or operational improvements.

Very unreliable with their free plan. The dynamic QR codes are all deactivated and force you to upgrade to a paid plan. Doesn't seem to matter if you get rid of unused dynamic QR codes, they'll still force you to do. And of course won't tell you they do it. Embarrassed when angry customers came back saying the code wouldn't work.

There is a countdown that tells you how long the QR code will expire in. However, I have taken your review as a strong feedback and we will ensure to keep our communication clear going forward.
