The app is working well now. The developers have been in communication with me to fix all the bugs. I am happy with the app at this time.
This app isn’t consistent. My customers are constantly asking me why they don’t have their points. I’ll email the company and get NO HELP OR ANSWERS. I want to switch to a new points program and to do so I need to spend the $99 to export my customers, but have to wait until the free trial is up to do so, no way to expedite the process. The company emails me back about a meeting but when I email questions, again, no response. I have customers with no points still and can’t find out why.
Do yourself a favor and do not get this points program!
Is there a way other than whatsapp to reach? Your app just sent out 20 emails in 10 mins to my clients and now I can't shut it off. We cannot use whatsapp in corporate environment and you have no other way to get in touch with you guys. Not professional at all to not have an email address or chat other than whatsapp. Please advise how I can shut this down so my customers stop getting all these emails? I keep getting 500 server errors when trying to shut it down myself.

This app has been acquired late may 2025. We are the new owners and are committed to improve this app and offer a proper support channel. We are currently working hard on making it one of the best in its category.

This app is an absolute must-have for our store. It keeps customers engaged and encourages them to return for repeat purchases instead of exploring other websites. The rewards motivate them to buy more, creating a win-win situation for both us and our customers. I highly recommend this app!
Tier-based rewards to automatic discount codes, everything works smoothly. The UI is also clean and easy to use.
I wrote a review before because the app was down for hours a couple of days ago, which made it impossible for me to use, and I couldn’t get through to customer support. When they finally replied, they just said, 'It should be fixed by now.' Today, it happened again—hours of downtime. I’ve already moved on to a different app because it feels like this one isn’t very stable.
To be fair, they were super helpful during the initial setup, which I appreciated a lot. If only there hadn’t been these system issues, it would’ve been great. Later, I was informed that- during the second outage, my store was the only one affected while everything worked fine for others. I still don’t know why it happened just to my store, and it would’ve been better if they’d looked into it sooner. Plus, it’s not the easiest to reach them quickly, especially during a system outage.

As of late May 2025, the app is under new management, and we're actively working to fix the issues caused by the previous team. We've already resolved several problems and are improving both stability and support response times.

Our VIP customers appreciate the added incentives, and we’ve seen a rise in average order value. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and customer support is always available.
This app has an excellent range of features for the price for a Rewards app. Also the support is excellent. We requested a few features and they added them right away. This app truly stands toe to toe with other apps that cost double or more per month compared to Points VIP. We will see how things work over the next few months but so far so good. Would highly recommend this app.
