SUPLIFUL: White Label Products

Very useful service with much to offer. It could benefit from a bit more selection but has most of the essentials.

Terrible. Do NOT use Supliful unless you want to deal with complaints and refunds. They say they ship in 2-5 days unless it's the first time printing your label which could take longer (It takes 2-3 weeks at best), but the normal shipping to your customers also takes 2-3 weeks. Absolute trash.

Their selection of products made me lose my mind. I'm so excited to use this app and work with this company!!!!

Supliful is a great place to be if you are getting started. Although the range is a bit limited, if you are getting started in selling supplements and want to a reliable supplier, Supliful is the place to be.

Great app, easy to use, and feeds into shopify quickly. Makes it easy to find, edit and upload new products quickly and efficiently.

Supliful has been nothing but amazing for my business. I waited a long time for a white-label supplement manufacturer to come along, and Supliful has been everything I hoped for and more.

Great customer service and delivery. My customers love the product and they intend to purchase more.

So far I am enjoying tinkering around with the app and just creating an online store. The online store is very easy to use, and it's very simple to learn how to utilize all the tools the online store has to offer. The integration with Shopify as well was extremely easy to do. So far, I have developed my own little shop. Now comes the best part, advertising. The one thing that other manufacturers offer is variety in protein supplements, that gives them a good edge over this app. Even I myself find myself between alternating between different brands because one might do something better than the other. For example when it comes to snacks, the brand Quest has a huge variety in protein supplements or snacks. They have bars, cookies, Oreo cookie flavored protein powder, and the best one of all is their protein chips. I am a huge chip guy, so for a company to offer a snack thats normally my go-to but healthier and just as tasty really reels me in. But overall the supplement app is really easy to use and can be done by just about anyone, all that's left is some more variety and thats all!
There are a few things I want to point out...
- goods that are out of stock should be presentable information, it should not be announced after a purchase for that product goes through. Knowing it's going to go out of stock or is out of stock ahead of time saves a lot of trouble
- there should be a quick chat button to get in touch with support via messaging. I have an order that says it requires me to contact the Shopify team but there is no quickly available button to address it right away. There should be a support button that can either initiate a call or initiate a messaging conversation.

Amazing app. High quality product. Fast delivery. It integrates easily with Shopify. Excellent customer service too! What's not to like?

However, despite its many strengths, there is one area where I believe Supliful could improve. At the moment, flavor variations for products are treated as separate products within the app. This can lead to a cluttered and potentially confusing display in the store, as well as making inventory management more complex. I would highly recommend that the developers consider updating the app to allow flavor variations to be combined into a single product. This change would significantly enhance the user experience and streamline product management, making Supliful an even more powerful tool for Shopify store owners.

In conclusion, Supliful is a well-designed, feature-rich application that is a boon for any Shopify store. With a few minor improvements, particularly in how it handles product variations, it could easily reach a 5-star rating. I am looking forward to seeing how this application continues to evolve to meet the needs of its users.
