Terible Customer service, i wouldent recomend this I was trying to. Install this app. And add some technical issues. And I reached out for help with Chad. And they couldn't do anything. Tell me try this. Didn't work. Try this. So I saw that. I'm not getting anywhere. I asked for a refund. For I'm paying $50. A month. I didn't get any response from them. I asked again and again. No response at all.

Our Customer Support team responded to your requests and investigated the issue with you. What initially appeared to be a technical problem was ultimately caused by the store already being connected to another account, which prevented it from being connected again. Our team identified this and assisted you with the issue. Within minutes.
When you subsequently requested to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, both the cancellation and refund were processed shortly.
We completely understand that technical setup can sometimes be frustrating, but we believe it’s important to accurately represent what happened. Our team was responsive, helped identify the cause of the connection issue, and processed your cancellation and refund promptly when requested.

This is a company that loves to overcomplicate simple things.They updated the product packaging, and my designer completed the design exactly according to their template. However, I couldn't upload it myself. Even after I made adjustments and uploaded it on my end, the entire design changed drastically.
