The app is good and looks good on our Website. But try to add live chat feature that will help a lot.

We need more colors for the icon pack for the category icons and we could have done a much better job at communicating how to set up a link to the FAQ pages in your theme's footer section.
Sometimes after spending so much time on developing an app, it's harder to see it from fresh eyes, the curse of knowledge if you will. Thank you for pointing this out! 🤝

And we are adding more icon-packs (with more colors) and even more header image/theme options for the help center very soon!
That plus the custom CSS option that's also launching soon will give you complete control over how the help center pages look and feel on your store.

Used this app to set up a simple but professional FAQ page / help centre for my customers and really happy with it so far. It looks great and fits my theme perfectly. I wanted an app to make my FAQ pages more functional, user-friendly and aesthetic. I originally thought this would be a good choice but it has honestly been the best app I have used to date. I added this app to replace my old FAQ app which is no longer supported by shopify. After installing I reached out to them via chat to migrate my old FAQ and received an immediate response. Without thinking, I uninstalled the old app and couldn't reinstall since they were no longer supported. Sarika from support corner was still able to complete the migration and made it look better than before. Would definitely recommend

I am not a developer, I am a shop owner that manages my own website. I was trying to get something to work (embedded video in FAQ) and was struggling. I was ready to give up and try another app but I messaged their support team. Sarika was amazing. Her patience and understanding of my issue was great and she stuck with me until we figured it out. I went from thinking this app was not for me to realizing it was perfect - and just what I was looking for. Without the support they provided via online chat - I would not have been able to get this done. Would recommend this app to anyone.
This app was super easy to set up - and the migration offering made it painless. Support was very helpful and available. Response was quick. They even made an effort check and point out links that weren't working. Loving the icons and the layout, especially on the FAQ homepage - visually appealing and user friendly. Also particularly like that like that you can link the questions to each other and get individual URL links for each question. Highly recommended!
Very good app. There's a lot of functionality to it, and you can really fill out the requisite information for your store in a coherent way with it.
Fantastic plug-in with a great support team. Didn't run into any technical issues. A team member even helped me put some CSS code in to change the font to our brand specifics. Would highly recommend this plug-in! I looked around for a long time to find a help centre and support desk that was easily customizable, and this is it. 5*.
It took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but once i did it everything was easy and it worked very well, price is on point compared to what i was using before.
