Sweet Analytics and Reporting

One of the best apps I have come across for managing an ecommerce business backed up by a team who really know their stuff. They are making a huge impact on our business. 100% sign up for this app.

Having Sweet is like having an extra employee who gives me instant access to the analytics and performance data we really need but for a much lower cost. We especially like the live Direct Marketing results so we can analyse catalogue performance without having to wait 6 weeks for a matchback.

The dashboard is so easy to use and the team are amazing to work with. They really know their stuff and help you get under the skin of what's working and what isn't, deeper understanding of your cohorts and also provide invaluable guidance around growth strategy.

I use this just about every day to check on performance and progress. The additional sessions with the Sweet team getting under the skin of our business and where we're tracking on e.g. AOV and CLV has been invaluable and had led us to making different strategic choices as a business. Two small issues 1) occasionally glitches/pauses so the data doesn't come thru (but this is usually quickly resolved) and 2) I'm sure there is way greater functionality than I know how to use/have time for - but the longer I use it, the more proficient I get. Overall highly recommended.

For an SME with a relatively small team Sweet saves us so much time and really enables you to drill down to what really matters in an easy to view visual forms. You open the dashboards and it is there.
Primarily the unit economics of if you are making money on a day by day live basis. An accurate first time CAC cost without having to run a load of different reports across Shopify, Meta, Google, Affilite and any other channel you use - and ultimately does it fit into your growth aspirations for the year which you set in a growth model which auto segments customers and shows predicted behaviour.
I will also give a shout out to Katy and the wider team as training & help is top notch. You have a specific query, a function you don't understand and they give a responsive, personal service.

Sweet Analytics is an integral part of our tech stack. For a complex merchant, where Shopify's reporting falls short (we don't use it at all), Sweet Analytics provides us with insights, and data we can trust.
