Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

We will see but so far it looks great and hopefully it will help us with customer retention and loyalty.

So far the app seems great! Super easy to use and set up and love that they have the option to chat with someone if we do have any questions.

Super easy to use, even for a novice. I love all the features, it does 99% of the work for you, and it's all super useful. And you surely can't beat the price! I had a question and they were incredibly quick to answer. I'd recommend it.

I had some issues with programming but the agent was knowledgeable and responsive in showing me how to make the corrections.

Recently I just made the switch to Swell Rewards and I am REALLY happy that I did. This app is really easy to use and it is simple to set up. When you click on the rewards tab off your website, it LOOKS AWESOME and very professional. I think customers will find it very easy to follow and to have instant access to their code for the discount is great. Also, Swell did some upgrading on the app which really makes for better customization. Josh in Customer Support is absolutely fabulous in helping when you have questions. Thank you so much and I really look forward to using this app.
