Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

So far so good! Easy to install and customize, definitely intrigued customers. Customer support was on their toes to let us know they were available if we needed them, which we love!

The overall experience with the Yotpo app is great. Easy to use, and the dashboard is simple. I also want to shout out to Yotpo's customer service team. I have reached out to the team multiple times for help, and their agent's response to the chat was pretty fast. Their team makes me feel like my question is being well taken care of because the team is willing to spend time investigating the issue.

Must have App! Trust me you will be amazed on how well it works.

We transitioned from Smile rewards. I must say we have had almost zero hiccups and we have been transitioned for about 8 weeks. The Yotpo team has been very helpful and crucial in the transition.

My only reason for 4 stars is because Yotpo seems to be growing to quickly. It takes a long time to get chat or phone support. Please add more staff. You have a good product , your customers are growing please make sure we are supported.

Swell is an amazing app to get your business started with. I love that it is free for businesses who are just starting out, and also love that it gives you the ability to grow together. They don't charge you until they see you have the orders to be able to spend the extra money, and that is AWESOME!! Thanks SWELL!!

Update: Customer service is outstanding. Had a problem, and it was attended to in 2 minutes, not 2 hours or 2 days!!

A great app for any small business or start up being free for 100 customers a month. The live chat support I can't fault with quick response even out of office hours. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.
