This app is the worst. We use the free version. If the free version is not good, why would I want to upgrade??? The 'triggered' emails to customers are impossible to edit. When you click 'save' changes, the page just loads for forever. It never works. Customers complain all the time about the interface. Customers complain about not knowing where the code is. Customers want to unsubscribe from emails. It's a mess. I've talked to Rogello at support and he is just plain and simple incompetent. I never receive a support ticket email. Nothing gets fixed. He says I should "try a different browser and computer". I did and experience the same problems. What they need is for Yotpo to actually get involved with their expertise and improve this product, support from top to bottom. WASTE OF MY TIME.
I rarely leave reviews, but these guys are deserving! Not only is the app robust and flexible, but their customer support was terrific. Vergian answered all of my questions thoughtfully so that we can better understand the available options and make the right choice for us. Really grateful! Thanks again.
I've just started using the app, and so far so good! The customer service is right on. Immediately I had an answer to my question and even received personalization for the app on my website. The design fits in really well with my shopify template. Very very happy with these guys. Excited to see my customers make use of this awesome rewards program.

Excellent customer support. Jerrah is responsive and supportive customer services and providing the detail of clarification during the setup.
It is a good app however I believe it is still a pricey subscription rate. Should be a flat rate instead of per orders count

The customer service is GREAT and spends a lot of time helping me solve the problem.
The app itself is great, but the support is absolutely atrocious. Left a message with their support team on the Intercom chat a week ago, no response. Left a message yesterday, no response. Just left another message, no response.
If this is how they treat Gold Plan customers, stay away!
