Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

So far I really like this app for my store, www.sewvagabonshop.com . My business is an online fabric store that specializes in designer knit fabrics for the entry level designer and home sewer. The app is fantastic so far -- easy to install, and flexible enough to tailor to my shop. I wanted to be able to retroactively reward past customers, and this program allowed me to do that. The customer service is better than any support I have received, with responses within minutes. I only launched the program today, so I'll have to see what the results are, but so far I would definitely recommend this app for any Shopify store owner.

This app is great for creating reward and loyalty programs. I started using it earlier today and already have things in full swing. Customers love it and it is really easy to use. Great App!

Wow. I mean wow. While I was installing the program and chatting with Swell Support to get it dialed in people started using the app! The future looks bright. But on top of being a super clever app my customer service experience was off the charts. Hats off (their mascot wears a hat) to Josh and the team at Swell! Bravo!
