Not impressed, nor happy. Either the app or the work done by delevopers (+$175) managed to mess-up the theme, causing both design ( product titles disappeared under main menu) & usability issues ( most crucially the buy button disabled when a different variant was selected)

Since letting them know this yesterday, I can't access the app to see if they have responded to my support message ( I havent recieved an email, so doesn't seem so...)

The only thing I can do is uninstall and caution others against using this service.

Julie was brilliant in helping me to identify why we were getting a low LCP score. I thought it was due to image optimization and instead it was due to some of the apps on our store causing blocking time.

She was also very helpful in terms of assisting me with ways that we could manually improve our speed performance without compromising on our design aesthetics.

Highly Valuable App, Service, and Support Team!

Started with the one time optimization service and they seamlessly increased my site speed score by 30+ points. Well worth it alone. After I spent a few months installing/uninstalling random apps and bogging down my website again, I needed another speed boost so I switched to their monthly optimization and reporting plan.

Outstanding customer service, communication, and reports. Site speed score increase always exceeds expectations, and never a loss of other website/app functions when they optimize. Highly recommend this app and team.
