This is the best service I have ever used. One of the most outstanding points for me is the exceptional customer service. They were not only quick to respond with solutions to the challenges I encountered, but they were willing to go the extra mile to actually implement further solutions, just the way I wanted it in my store, and I am happy with the outcome.
I highly recommend WishList Plus.
Fantastic support from the Wishlist Plus team! Helped to fully customise the wishlist and integrate it seamlessly with my website. Highly recommend this app.
Update: I've changed my review to two stars. Half of the reason we pay for this app is because of the back-in-stock emails that we can send to customers with specific products in their wish lists. Unfortunately, the emails only go out to people who have added products to their wish-lists within the last 30 days. (It used to only be 15 days, but they changed it to 30 after I contacted them.) Unfortunately, back-in-stock emails should be going out to 100% of the people who have the items wish-listed. That's the entire point of back-in-stock emails. I have been told that this is not a possibility "as it would disturb our app design properties." This is a bit silly. They shouldn't be offering to "send email alerts for low-stock, restock and price drops of wishlisted items" as an app feature if they can't actually deliver the emails to all of the folks who have the items wish-listed.
I would also like to mention that I have been actively attempting to get to the bottom of this issue for MONTHS. My emails go unanswered until I reach out over their chat and then my email shave ben lost or the person who was helping me is no longer with the company. It's been an absolute mess working with these folks.
I no longer think that this app is in any way worth $50 per month.
I've spent a great deal of time this weekend trying to optimize this app and am finding it really difficult with the lack of documentation and intuitive design. I think 25% of my time has been spent going in circles trying to manage the app and being sent to log in pages over and over - how I ended up here and seeing my review!
I initially gave it 5 stars because the Swym team IS amazing but I'm now looking for alternatives to this app because I really need this to work out of the box.
My customers are saving things to their Wishlist but as it is, it's just mindless hearting things with no real function. I'm realizing how how confusing this must have been for them over the last year.
I have used this app and it fulfilled all my requirements. Excellent support from the team, quick response.
This is a great app! I added the Wishlist to my menu and it looks exactly how I imagined it would. For some reason though I couldn't get the "add to wishlist" button on the product pages to be centered with the add to cart button. I emailed support and they took care of it easily and quickly.
Their response time is very fast, they understand your questions and know how to fix problems. I def recommend this app. And it looks good too.

Runs very nicely-and hope it will drive more sales. Support took a day or two but well done during busy holidays to customize and color match to my site/Thanks!
The support team is AMAZING. The app out of the box was interfering with other UX elements of our theme so we've been coordinating with their developers and ours to solve the issues. They've been willing to jump on calls and even were given a copy of our theme to test against.
I do wish the app allowed more customizations within the backend to tweak appearances and messaging without involving developers, but it's good to know that when we've needed to collaborate they've been receptive and quick to implement our requests.
