I am very happy, app's working great. Peter was Very helpful.
But I highly recommend every customer to look at the dates very much, because if you delete the app and the shopify charged your money the same day, no one will refund. I would like more flexibility for this company and stronger relationship with client.
Syncee is not only a great solution to wholesale & drop shipping, but they have an amazing support team. The last support request was with Melinda, she is professional, and I asked her about several technical issues and she helped me to solve most of them efficiently.

Customer service is nice but the app is missing important feature:
1. You can't select and then deselect a product or deselect products from the full supplier inventory.
2. There is no documentation to explain what each setting does.
3. Filtering products by tags only works according to the supplier original tags not the tags in your catalogue.
4. There is no option to prioritize categories. I keep seeing same old products being pushed while new products are stuck in queue.

In your catalog, you have the ability to filter products in bulk by numerous conditions, or you can even filter out products from your catalog one-by-one if you wish to in Syncee. Regarding questions about how to make the most out of Syncee's filtering feature, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
Furthermore, we have a Help Center of rich content on how to use Syncee. You can find it via our application's sidebar menu and through our App Listing as well. We provide various helpful articles and videos there about our solutions and settings.
Last but not least, while it is not possible to prioritize a category in one catalog, you can create different catalogs for each category by choosing the products one-by-one. The Syncee Customer Support Team ROCKS! I appreciate their patience with me as a newbie dropshipper. I know I have had tons of questions. There has not been a time they have not come through for me. If you want GREAT customer service, I recommend you using Syncee for your dropshipping needs.
However, I ended up giving 4 stars due to the changes they have made to their paid plans. There was a FREE Plan for 25 products but now we have to pay $29 a month. You can get a FREE 14 day trial and after that I will be paying $49 a month instead of $29 for 250 items. Other than that, I am still onboard and will pay the monthly payment because they have what I need for my Shopify store.

It's a perfect way of preparing your unique selection of products. Indeed, to upload products to your store you need a bigger plan, but our free trial is there for merchants to check if they are satisfied with our solutions. This App is simply awesome. It helps me import all my products out of an excel csv and map them to the correct location in my store. Can totally recommend! The Support Team is very very good, fast and friendly!

We used Syncee many years ago and they were great. Our system changed and we no longer needed to sync, but then we came back recently and they are just as fabulous as they were before. The UI is more modern and there are lots more features. However what really stands out is their support. We worked with Lmre and his team both then and now and they are simply fabulous. We had some issues to resolve that spanned several days. They were always there and always helpful. Product features are important, but if you can't get support, they are useless. Syncee's support is far beyond what I expected and we're glad to be back with them.
