All i have to say is that i build two online store sourcing with syncee, one of them had 250 products (let you imagine the hard work that was put in) and when i was ready to start selling the supplier cut off syncee! today i have two online store one with zero product and second about to go down! 6 months of very hard work thrown away and for that i can no longer trust syncee!

They say it's a premium dropshipping service, but it has a lot of inactive suppliers who take payment but don't provide any feedback. Everything takes forever to load, and worst of all, stock levels aren't synchronized. You have to pay an extra €55 to have stock levels synced automatically. A top app for wasting money and time.

Syncee is a paid service, with plans based on the number of products and available features, and this information is shown when selecting a plan. Automatic stock synchronization is included in paid plans, as it requires continuous system resources.

I have an unfulfilled order with MODA Dropship supplier. The goods were paid for and the order was never fulfilled by MODA Dropship for over two months now.
I would really appreciate it if you could follow up with MODA Dropship supplier to give an update about my paid for unfulfilled order.

Avoid this app, predatory billing, and no accountabilityThis was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had on Shopify. I was charged nearly $150 CAD for an app I used for two days, uninstalled immediately, and never benefited from.
Support was cold, inflexible, and offered no real help just copy paste policies.
Seeing other reviews with the same experience makes this feel intentional rather than accidental. If you’re new to Shopify or on a tight budget, this app can seriously hurt you financially.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. According to Syncee’s refund policy approved during the subscription process, refunds were unfortunately not eligible in your case. After the promotional $1 first month period ends, the subscription automatically continues at the full plan price unless canceled beforehand. It is the responsibility of the account holder to monitor subscriptions and cancel on time if needed. Mi experiencia es mala. Hay productos que recién después de importarlos te enteras de que ya hay pocas unidades o no tienen disponibilidad para hacer envios a tu país. A las descripciones les faltan datos como la tabla de tallas para las prendas. También hay falta de sincronización con tu tienda ya que al cambiar la moneda, los precios no se actualizan y para cambiar estos u otros detalles, debes cambiar el plan de pago. Además las promociones son engañosas. Te dan un plan gratuito y si pasas el límite de productos o cambias los productos por las razones antes mencionadas, no te dan posibilidad de volver a la promoción del mes a 1 USD.

sentimos mucho que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada y agradecemos que la compartas. Queremos aclarar que la disponibilidad de stock, los países de envío y los datos del producto que proporciona el proveedor pueden verse antes de importar los productos. En cuanto a los precios, estos se actualizan automáticamente al ejecutar la sincronización, mientras que otros datos requieren una actualización manual. Sobre la promoción de 1 USD, esta es válida hasta un cambio de plan, tal como se indica en la política aceptada al suscribirse, por lo que no es posible reactivarla después.

Awful confusing why doesn't shopify use third parties it is not easy to navigate sent an email immediately at first charge. Now its happened twice. I have only two logins, once when I was coaxed into the service which had zero products relevant to my brand, and the second logon trying to get rid of this on phone talking to shopify support. The emails say shopify billing this is a mess

There were bugs in their app; it worked fine initially, but then everything was updated and flawed. I haven't seen any fixes, so I wasted my money on it.

Leider überzeugt die App mich nicht. Barcodes werden oft nicht übernommen und wenn man sie manuell einträgt, verschwinden sie bei der nächsten Synchronisierung wieder. Für diese Leistung ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Die Produktsuche ist unpraktisch, da man Kategorien nicht filtern kann und nach dem Öffnen eines Artikels wieder komplett nach unten scrollen muss.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Had a free account and it upgrades me to a business account. I don't use this app ever, but for some reason this has become a common tactic for their business. Then they want to refuse a refund. This is becoming an issue for numerous people. I have a social media following on Instagram and FB with thousands of people, and I will press this and show how much of a CON system they have going, if I don't get my money back. This randomly charging people for a free account is a ridiculous. I don't even use the app.

However we got the information from you that there is no other account that takes this case a little mysterious for us unfortunately. Furthermore, please note that we Syncee does not have the ability to activate any subscription. All charges must be confirmed by the store owner through Syncee’s and Shopify’s checkout process.

A very bad experience from the very first order.
The order was placed and paid through Syncee a week ago, but it’s still not fulfilled. Customer support is unreachable, only a bot responds with irrelevant answers then ending the chat. Our emails have been completely ignored, leaving us no choice but to refund our customer.
First order. First loss. Very disappointing service.
