Once you get it figured out it works pretty well.. now and then there will be an issue with syncing but their help team works out alright.
This app is highly beneficial and can significantly reduce manual work. Their support team is exceptional, always ready to help, and resolves any issue within seconds.A special shout out to Kay and Felix who were extremely helpful during the setup processes
It would be 5 stars but we have had some minor teething troubles which could well be down to our set up anyway. This app is saving a load of time with Invoicing. And their customer service is fast and extremely helpful.
We still need to go deeper into what the app can do but we are so happy with it so far.
Best app I have found for Xero integration. And having the option to sync other payment providers is a bonus, and not something offered by the other apps i have tried.
During the initial review of the product, Andrey's support really helped me with understanding how to utilize Synder for our needs. The setup process is very important but once you get that going the sync work quite well.
We used Webgility for years to sync our sales from multiple storefronts to Quickbooks online. It fell short in several key areas: Shopify sales paid with PayPal, transaction expenses from PayPal, Shopify, and eBay, and reconciliation of payouts from Shopify, eBay and PayPal. It took an enormous amount of time to adjust and reconcile accounts. Synder now correctly handles all of those issues for just a little bit more than we were paying Webgility. Support has been fantastic!!! We had a few start up issues and Synder support staff was HIGHLY responsive and addressed all the issues. Highly recommend this service!!!
Snyder is a fantastic solution for Bookkeepers and Accountants wanting to properly reconcile e-commerce platforms to Quickbooks Online!
Not only does this app sync my transactions from other marketplaces like Amazon and other payment systems like Paypal it also allows me to sync my Shopify Manual Orders with Quickbooks which saved me hours of reconciliation each month.
For more than 1 month, the transactions made via Shopify payments are not imported into Synder (for some reason). Because of that, I cannot create invoices for my customers into Quickbooks, which is SUPER important to every business. I have contacted the customer support multiple times, and they keep answering they are on it for more than one month! Absolutely nothing has been done. They don't seem to understand the urgency of the topic...
