QuickBooks/Xero sync ‑ Synder

Synder is the best sync system I've found for ecommerce sales data. Simplifies and automates the whole process, and their customer service is great (especially Lizzie, thank you!)

Thoroughly satisfied with this app so far. It completely simplifies my bookkeeping. Seems to be reliable so far in importing all of my Shopify and Paypal sales (multiple currencies). Am yet to delve deep into all of the functionality it can offer but so far so good. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

This app has been a HUGE timesaver. The ability to bring over all of the transactions from Shopify and Amazon has saved me a ton of time, and the personalization options within the app make this process so much easier.

Kiryl explained to me that the transactions sync after the payout to the bank is received. I love this app and it saves us hours of time consuming labour to manually key in orders into quickbooks. Highly recommend.

George was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire setup from start to finish. We tested transactions to ensure they were coded correctly within our accounting system. The support is really good at working with you on figuring out how to best sync data into your system and the rep I had, Kiryl, was able to give me the technical information I was looking for to finalize my decision on moving forward. The data that gets pulled is very easy to sync and matches correctly instead of using journal entries like other software I've used. I definitely recommend this if you're using Shopify and Paypal for your business because it will help centralize the data you need as a business owner or bookkeeper.

Great tool that covers all needs of syncing Quickbooks Online to PayPal and Shopify. Had a quick chat with Andrew in support. He took the time to understand my question and review it deeply. As a customer, you cannot ask for any better service.

I purchased this app because we use shopify for our organic maple farm to process our orders for both retail (our website) and pos (on farm sales). with our website through shopify, we can accept pay pal, amazon, apple etc... we are not a big company but when you get to the point of reconciling these accounts and reporting sales, journal entries are painful and the reporting in shopify at our level is not easy to navigate. We wanted an integration with Quick Books Desktop (not the online version). After searching around this company was my choice. The reason I chose them has to do with their response time during the support chats. So far all my problems were resolved in the chat and I am able to syn my QB and shopify together very easily. Special thanks to each of the representative at Synder for helping me through this process. Helen and Tony's were spot on with their help as was the initial person I talked to when I first landed on their website, Sasha.
