Tangent: Skin Quiz & Analysis

Working with the Tangent team has been incredible so far. They've helped us design and implement our Selfie Quiz flawlessly. Their team has not only been available for email assistance but has also set aside time for video calls and screenshares. I highly recommend working with their team and can't wait to continue this partnership.

This quiz is incredibly easy to set up and integrate with the store. The support team is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything works perfectly. This is definitely the go-to quiz for anyone who isn't an IT expert. Their selfie functionality is truly revolutionary.

Ever since AI became a big story, as a beauty brand, we’ve been looking for ways to implement this tech more and more into our business to better serve our community and clients. My team and I found Tangent AI which is a really interesting company all around. I could not believe the number of options available in the quiz feature, how customizable the software is, how amazing the customer service has been, and for less than our current solution. We are thrilled with the change.

Tangent has been a game changer for us. It helped our clients easily find their perfect shade, and our conversion rate increased significantly after installing it. The app is intuitive, effective, and genuinely adds value to the shopping experience.
On top of that, the founders and support team are amazing, extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend!

An exceptional app! The Tangent app is a game-changer by having an AI integrated feature. It's not just about the high conversions it delivers, but also the incredible support provided by Sushil and his team. They went above and beyond to assist us in installing and customizing the quiz on both of our stores. Their responsiveness, patience, and professionalism were truly commendable. I can't recommend this app and Sushil and his team enough. If you're aiming for great results, installing this app is a must. Your customers will thank you!

The Tangent team are EXCEPTIONAL. I trialed over 6 different product recommendation quiz apps and this one was by far the easiest and most intuitive to set up. The Quiz Rules section was outstanding and smart and much less labour intensive than other apps with the same functionality. We reached out the developers for some custom work, on a very short deadline, and they delivered early and under budget. Their communication has been friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this app!

Love this app for a custom and visual skincare quiz experience for our customers - new and existing. We've had a lot of interest in the quiz and the data we are gathering is helpful for product planning and marketing!

I highly recommend this app!. The app itself is just what we were looking for to help our customers choose the right products for their skin while educating them at the same time. The customer service is outstanding!. Mayank guided me through the entire process from setup to going live and was always happy to get on a call with me when I had any questions. The app was easy to understand and works great on our website. If you're looking to build a quiz for your site, look no further.

In our quest for the perfect quiz builder, we discovered Tangent, and wow are we glad we did! Not only does their app offer a user-friendly interface and a great set of features for crafting interactive quizzes, but their customer support is completely unmatched!

Whenever our team faced an issues, their technical help was superb, and they responded promptly to our queries, often hopping on a call to resolve any issues we were trying to work through. With such incredible support and a seamless quiz-building experience, we 100% recommend Tangent app!

Really cool quiz, easy to personalize to ensure your customers are getting the response you'd be giving them if they spoke directly to you. Sushil and Mayank were amazing at making the quiz look like an integrated part of our website. I'm looking forward to seeing the results!
