The recent launch of Tap's new plugins prompted us to install them. However, post-installation, a significant issue emerged at the checkout page, preventing purchases. Despite reaching out to customer service, there has been no serious and immediate action taken to resolve the problem. This is highly frustrating, as customers are unable to place orders due to this unresolved issue. It seems the new plugins were introduced prematurely without being fully operational.
They make an effort, but the technical aspects and chat support leaves much to be desired. The dashboard for managing transactions, charges, and refunds is particularly frustrating. The interface feels outdated and is difficult to navigate. It only allows data viewing in one-month increments, strictly from the 1st to the end of the month. The rate of declined or failed transactions is disproportionately high compared to successful ones.
At one point, they experienced an issue accepting US card payments but failed to notify us, leading to significant missed sales. We only discovered the problem after reaching out to their support, and it took them months to resolve. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience, but they earn 1 star for effort.
