I am just starting out with the free version, and so far I am impressed. I received support and great tips on improving my site in general. I will continue with Tapita and will update to the paid version if everything goes smooth.
Great app and easy to use
I've just downloaded the Tapita app and was slightly hesitant at first as i didn't know what i was doing... that's when the chat opened up and i queried whether i could do something via the app. I was allocated the CSA called Lani who was AMAZING in helping me with what i wanted. Not only did they explain how to do it, but they helped do it for me! I'm s glad i stuck with the app and even happier that i was allocated Lani to help me. Thank you again Lani!!!
After uninstalling this app. It has left garbage files all over my theme. avoid

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced after uninstalling our app.
When the app is removed, there are some files that need to be manually deleted. This is because, after uninstallation, the app no longer has permission to edit your theme code to fully remove all remaining code.
Because of that reason, all page builder apps left some code after uninstall, not just our app.
Please rest assured that any code left on your website is already disconnected from our servers and is completely safe. We have a step-by-step guide available to help you remove the remaining code. Alternatively, you can contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the removal process.
