This new update has Widget Cards that allow you to personalize the content of your chat widget. You can now add all kinds of content to your chat widget, including videos, images and agent profiles. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat.

Features that I absolutely love:
+ You know what page the customer is in so you'll know what to say!
+ Auto send a message after a predefined number of seconds when they open! (See those Hi how can we help you!) chats? It's here also.
+ The phone App is great, you can set it so that when there is a visitor, there's a persistent notification on your phone. (I use an extra phone for this).
+ You can have staff accounts! And you can whisper to staff accounts in between chats to guide them.

I really liked it and plan to use it again or perhaps even try out their offer services like chat agents a little later on but for now, I just want to look at some other options.

This is a great APP and it is so easy to setup. I have tried several of these live chat apps, but they never function as they should, but this one is just great.
So if you are looking for a live chat app this is it.

So far so good! Downloaded it for Black Friday weekend and had a few questions which were immediately answered through the online chat. And they have an App for both Android and Iphone so you can get notifications sent straight to your phone!

We have just released a major update to our widget. You can now set separate positions for your widget on desktop and mobile devices.
Follow these steps to change the position of the widget on mobile:
1. Click the Admin cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard.
2. Select Chat Widget.
3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced.
4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position.

I installed the app from the app store, just to write a review. I've been using Tawk.to for a while with the manual code in my theme.
If you're looking for an excellent way to grab your customer's attention, install Tawk.to. Not only does Tawk.to have a few features that most chatters don't have (like live preview of what the customer is typing and business hours scheduling), they also have great support.
Well worth the free pricetag.
I saw this app on a review page. I was curious but skeptical because it's free. But I'm blown away by how awesome this app is, especially for someone like me who is just starting. This app gives you all the features you need for free! Other apps would make you pay a huge fee just for basic features. One of my favorite features is the free Knowledge Base page. There is a paid version that gets rid of branding and gives you other features. But I honestly like the branding; it lets people know what superb chat service I'm using. Once I have a steady profit, I'm gonna support this business and get the paid version. Thank you for making an excellent program!
