The TaxCloud team is very responsive and helpful. Their support team typically responds within a few hours (sometimes within minutes), and they work together to ensure you get the answers you need promptly. The onboarding process was straightforward, even for someone with no prior experience. They efficiently handled everything I needed, including registering in new states (SST and non-SST) and setting up my new accounts. They also took care of submitting the first filings on time, which was a huge time-saver.

While there are occasional bumps in the road, they have always resolved any issues effectively. The integration with the Shopify store works seamlessly, and their pricing is highly competitive for small businesses. Overall, I think they are a solid solution for small business owners.

So much easier to work with than Avalara! When we worked with Avalara they never responded to our questions or messages. TaxCloud's team is much more responsive and US-based. We also found they understood issues quickly, and then were able to resolve them with less time spent by us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sales tax return assistance!
