TaxJar Sales Tax Automation

Support can't tell me why the total sales in one county do not equal the sum of sales in three cities located within that county. I'm just getting cut and paste replies that suggest I should inquire with my state's DOR. My return is being flatly rejected because of their faulty calculations. My experience has been just like everyone else... once they get you into a contract they don't help you as they got your money which is all they want. :(

Pretty bad. A migration issue resulted in an overpayment of my taxes by thousands in one state and they are now not responding to my emails.

Look for a different app! You cant download a report. Dont contact support they are GHOSTS. I cant auto file for some reason...after paying $19 a month for nothing. Will cancel after I get my BOE filed.

I really love TaxJar, the setup will take some time however once enrolled in Auto-filing you will be amazed. Auto-filing with 19 states. Is not cheap however is less expensive that having an accounting team doing the filing for you. Thank you TaxJar.

It sure takes a load off of calculating taxes for California. It's a bit pricey for having just one nexus maybe, but a lifesaver in general.

Tax jar was really amazing. Fantastic customer service and support. Explains all issues as often as needed and offers a variety of options in dealing with tax issues.
