Teescape: Print On Demand

I switched to Teescape after having horrible experiences with other shirt fulfillment centers. Plus I needed a tan shirt for my military customers and teescape had that.

Here's why Teescape gets 5 stars

* Competitive pricing: Their pricing is on par with other printers but it's important to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Yes, you can find cheaper printers out there but you WILL have problems. Those problems end up costing you time and money with customer service issues.

*Awesome customer support: Jeff and Matt and on the ball when it comes fixing any problems that might come up. They also keep me in the loop when changes are happening which I find very helpful. Other fullfillment companies leave you in the dark.

*Awesome print quality:Don't take my word for it. Order samples from a few places and compare. The shirts actually arrive how they looked on screen. Not shrunken down like some other printers.

*Quick turnaround. Right now they are turning my shirts around in 2 days and sometimes the NEXT DAY! That is unheard of. Granted, it's not peak season right now but even during peak season, they were shipping in 4-5 days.

*Easy mockup and product generator. Create multiple products with the same design easily. My only wish is that Teescape would improve the shirt mockups to higher resolution. The current ones are good but they could be slightly improved. **EDIT** After posting this, Jeff reached out to me and has since updated the shirts I use (Gildan) with high res mockups! They look even better now! Thank you!

I use Teescape every day and have never had an issue. Their product creation is simple and straight forward and they have the best prices on the Shopify platform. I highly recommend this print on demand service.

This was the t-shirt fulfillment app I ended up installing after quite a bit of research into all similar apps on Shopify...and I couldn't be happier! The only "hard" work you have to do is choose your shirt and upload your design. The app takes your Shopify order, processes it through Teescape for fulfillment, and then when Teescape ships the order, the app captures the tracking number, sends the customer the tracking number via Shopify's built-in email template, and closes the order out for you. The level of automation once an order comes in is really impressive and will definitely allow you more time to focus on other aspects of your website/business.

Really like this fulfillment company. They're quick and their product quality is great. Also support is very helpful. Their prices also are quite reasonable compared to others.

Since They got nailed for Copyright Infringement they have really gone down hill. Two things at play here: Print Quality and Copyright Infringement. Print Quality:
Print quality is hit or miss. I can provide the photos and email chain, but simply put they did not stand behind their work. I have to have 40+ shirts reprinted at my cost from another shop because they felt the quality was good enough. 40+ shirts had fibers/pilling that was clearly visible. Two identical shirt side by side and the quality looks totally different. Okay some may say it was one time mistake. Well its not okay because it cause me over $400 to correct and second it one of three (3) different orders that had poor quality prints. OH! Make sure to read their rules too! If they make a mistake an go to fix it they may use a similar garment as opposed to the exact product you ordered. That happened to me too. 40 shirt order that had four (4) noticeably bad prints they corrected but sent then a different color shirt so we have 36 of one color and then these four that are different. Copyright Infringement:
I understand protecting yourself from further violations but they simply claim an infraction on anything they think may be in violation as opposed to "knowing" which is safe, but VERY poor customer service wise. For example a customer orders three items and one item they feel is a violation will put the whole order in limbo and they do nothing with it. Well nothing aside form charging you $2 for canceling the order. Their work around is that you the vendor will need to email them and make your case. If you utilize fan art of any kind just stay away from them and you will be much happier for it.

I love these guys. I switched from Teespring because they took FOREVVVVVER to ship and half the time, the quality was bad. I was ready to close up shop and then I tried Teescape. They quality check the shirts before they ship and make sure your designs looks great. Shipping time is super quick too.

We've been using Teescape at Cloud9Expressions.com for over a month now and they have been fantastic! The turnaround times have been great. Orders have been a maximum of 9 days from purchase to arrival at the customer's door. Some have been as little as 4 days!

The product has been solid with quality printing. We had ordered several samples prior to going all in, and were not disappointed. Customer Service has been great as well. All around, great fulfillment service!

This is the go-to for t-shirt fulfillment. The shirts ship incredibly fast. I haven't had a single complaint from any of my customers. The app works perfectly and is quick and easy to use. Exceptional turnaround times. I use them for my US orders as i'm based in the UK and delivery times to the US form the UK were way too long.
