We've used this app for a couple years with no issues.. We installed another app that had somehow made the checkbox intermittent. I contacted the team through the chat on the app and they replied within minutes, looked into it and needed collaborator access. Perfect for what I needed with International shipping. They were always an issue with customers emailing about ship times so now they click the box to understand it'll be longer.

We've been using the app for quite some time, the original setup & use was easy to do. The app continues to provide that gate before checkout. We had a bit of app tug-of-war when we did a recent theme update and support was quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly.
