Very easy set up, took about 2 minutes with great step-by-step instructions! The checkbox appears and works right away! Great app :D

So far this app is working just as I need it to. Excited to use this to simplify my website, and make it cleaner.

Adding an approval check box to my checkout was easy and allows me to make sure customers are not surprised by all sales being final.
