We've tried a number of different chat applications, help desk and CX management tools. I really like Tidio more than the others. The UI is top notch, the bot feature is great, the integrations work well and the pricing is reasonable.
I have a very good experience with Tidio live chat and it replies to everything very quickly and fully satisfied

The plug in works really well, although it seems to have slowed down the loading speed for my whole site. It has not been installed for long though so I will continue with it and test this.
I like that you can customise the colours of the chat but even if you pay for the $15 a month plan you still can't remove the "Powered by Tidio" message?! I was told by their support team that you have to pay a minimum of $55 per month in order to have it removed. That is quite ridiculous.
Other than that, the app works really well, it is easy to use and install, the messages come through to your phone.
If I can find a similar option that lets you remove the branding though I will be switching.

Our widget is loaded asynchronously -- so it loads alongside your website without affecting it. As for the branding - I’m really sorry, but we can’t change its pricing model. Convenient when customers want to ask a question about a product. Its very easy to use for both seller and customer.

Great app! Great mobile and desktop apps as well, makes communication seamless between my team and our customers!
We really liked the ease of automation, customisation that Tidio is able to provide hence we installed it in all our e-commerce sites. However it is disappointing that the charges have skyrocketed from $15 per month for triggers to 5K users to now $18 per month for 1K users. We only found out because we got notification that we don't have any more triggers left for this website and we were surprised as it didn't happen to the other site. And if we were to upgrade to 5K users we will be paying $45 which was 3 times the original amount we paid previously. It was a rude shock to us and this price difference makes it very difficult for us to want to continue.
Payment needed after 30 days. The app automatically stopped after my free trial however it says that is free.
Also the mobile app stopped working because its a paid service.
This should have been clear at the time of registering. Don't put free, when its not.
Great app, easy to instal and friendly support.
