I appreciate the Tidio app. It makes responding to customer queries much more efficient. I appreciate that I can feed it a ton of background knowledge on the business and website and it synthesizes it for me.

I run Tidio on several Shopify stores and the AI Chatbot converts customers without needing real agents. It makes small mistakes sometimes but these can be remedied by adding correct knowledge.
