Tidio is easy to use, intuitive and very useful. This allows your customers to ask quick questions, and get quick answers. It even shows you what browser they are using, and allows you to save their email address and a name so you can target them in future. A fantastic app and a must have for every store.

Great platform, email marketing, campaigns, and can integrate with FB and IG. Overall a great tool for chat service! Highly recommend.

Tidio chat is the most affordable & flexible chat program for a small business. Before using this, we tried Zendesk and found its functions too segmented and adds unnecessary barriers to the workflow, i.e. "Chat" and "Bot" is two completely separate functions which you needed to pay siginificantly more for in Zendesk. Now, we only use Zendesk for email tickets and Tidio for chat. This seems to be the best solution for us for now.

The perfect chat option for my soap company! We love it and couldn't ask for a better chat option for the price! FANTASTIC support too!! They have always been available to help no matter the hour of the day or night.

Just downloaded it today - so far very happy with the customer service from Tidio support . I like that I can be available for my customers 24/7 via my mobile.
