The app is good but the tech support is not so good. I have been having an issue of receiving mutiple duplicate emails in our dashboard for over a month now and the team has not been able to resolve the same.
Sometimes their team takes over a week to respond.
I would like to escalate this issue to their senior team so they can resolve my query as soon as possible.

Good functionality within free version. Tidio team was very helpful resolving my issues and they even updated the application according my feedback. Recommended!

Dont listen to the last guy, Tidio has a great support team around the clock. A great service and product all round! Their chatbot is one of the most intuitive we have used by far and will continue to use them for future projects. - EagleAVRental.com

De base c'est une bonne application mais malheureusement l'appli ne fonctionne pas bien ! Le chatbot automatique ne fonctionne aléatoirement et c'est dommage car quand il fonctionné il faisait ses preuves ! Je vais me tourner chez un autre concurrent et voir ce qu'on me propose de plus fiable.

worth the price, does everything i need and fast, there are other chatbots out for less money or free but you have to configure so much, and in the end time is money so tido is perfect.

Excellent customer service! Above and beyond! Adam helped me work out an issue with integrating Tidio with Shopify. Took a long journey to find the culprits but we did it and he was patient and helpful. The app is amazing so far. We got it mainly for live chat and it is perfect! So much faster and better than Shopify Inbox. Tidio is in a different plane of existence if you compare it to Shopify Inbox. Not even close. Super fast load times and instant messaging across platforms. Looking forward to the integration of Instagram and Telegram (hopefully) someday. I highly recommend it!

i never used a live chat app. the best app i think , will still use this app in my next store on line
