Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots

So far I am very happy. I wanted a very simple to use LIVE Chat module to provide instant help to any visitors online. I am sure we will begin to use all of the available features as time goes on. But for now just having a very simple but effective chat program at a very good price is great for us. Thank you!

Great support team. Any ideas I have, I run them by the team and they're always there to help. The upgraded feature of being able to see what customers are typing, really gives us an advantage to answering customer questions faster. And fast support is what customers need.

The customer service is very quick. Texted a representative in the chat box on their website, and they had someone fixing my issue right away. It was resolved in about two minutes .

Tidio is super helpful for us as a small business to manage customer enquiries quickly and more efficient. Though I find setting up automated chat bots is a bit tricky, their customer service is fast and very helpful.
