We've been using Tidio Chat for 8 months now and have been extremely impressed. On the first day of installing it we upsold a customer by £100. We knew then we had to upgrade to PRO because this is an invaluable app which works. We speak to many customers a day using it, persuading prospects to purchase. Just having it on the website creates an element of trust - a human name and face to the brand. This is a great app which is constantly updating with new features being added. We had a slight glitch once but the Tidio team was easy to get hold of and solved the problem in minutes. App support is a must and these guys would get an A*! Great application which is a must for any online store. Yay Tidio :)

This is definitely one of the best 3 or 4 apps on Shopify ever! And honestly speaking you won't find better help desk than that! Highly recommended :)

Foremost we have a multi language shop and we want at least the chat widget and the bot texts to appear at least in 9 languages. A lot of work to set up, but Tidio can make it happen. Recently installed Tidio on a 2nd shopify store where before I installed Tidio, the native Shopify chat app was blocking the whole screen on mobile, so if customers left a message, they could not go back to the website, with Tidio absolute not the case, works smoothly. Now I have access to the chat communications from 2 websites in 1 app. and our facebook and instagram accounts are connected as well, so overall extremely happy how Tidio performs.

Terrific app. The free version is more than enough for what I need and the support is wonderful.

The app also look amazing on my webpage and works seamlessly with my mobile device.

We use the free plan offered by Tidio for our Shopify online store.
Use their desktop app while I am in the office and the mobile phone app. Works great and already made a few new contacts.

Quería una app para chat que no necesitara WhatsApp y esta me ha sorprendido por su calidad. Tiene muchísimas funcionalidades sorprendentes. El modo gratis está bien. Quizá, por poner un pero, diría que para tiendas con poco volumen como la mía, las funcionalidades extra por 39€ son un poco excesivas. No digo que no lo valgan, pero si fuera un poco más económico sí que las pagaría.

I installed this app a few days ago, and it is already proving its worth to us from our customers, early days, however at the moment i am chuffed, and we will definitely be keeping this and hopefully it will continue to be an incredible support to the company! thanks guys, great app, impressed so far!
