Love it! Just wished there was a noise that i could add the the chat that was louder? other than that fantastic.
Tidied was so easy to install. And the off-line messaging works unlike olark which I was using before this. The chat pop-up is a little bit bigger than I'd like it and I wish I could control the size of it otherwise it works great!

This app will play a vital role in customer acquisition and service. The UI has a slight learning curve. Fortunately, Tidio's customer service is top notch. Shout out to Rafal from Poland! Thanks for all the help!

My favorite part is downloading the PC "app" and getting a notification every time a new visitor comes to the store!
