Great App, and great support too!!

Great chat features, and fantastic speedy support! Being that it is so vital to offer customers live chat, this app is invaluable.

We like a lot to use Tidio! It helps su a lot to talk with our visitors or customers. Easy to setup and to customize. Their support is high quality and quick response. Highly recommended!

I've have been using this for about a month - I switched from Olark which is highly regarded but it didn't have a mobile feature. So unless I was sitting down in front of my laptop I could only get emails from our customers - which is sucky customer service. The set up was easy however when I updated the iOS on my phone the mobile chat feature did not work if not in wifi (which I am generally not). So I was stuck again forced to sit in front of a screen to do CS.

very good app easy to understand and it gives a feature that every store needs to increase its conversion rate!

Check out carbonthat.com.au for as a test site. The Free plan is plenty, but depending on your site sessions, investing an extra few dollars a month, is well worth it. And Props to Martin from Live Chat, helped me every step of the way!

Very easy to install, easy to use

Amazing! First day with my site live and a customer just told me they purchased BECAUSE OF my quick response. He is ditching his chat program and getting Tidio.

I have only been using it for a few days, but the support has been EXCELLENT helping me with my questions and troubles. It is chat not a person, but it responds instantaneously and solves problems real fast.

Support is what makes me like this product.
