I think this is one of the best apps on the market today. And although its price is high, it is worth every penny invested in it. Using this application, you won’t even have the thought of looking for something else, since it has almost everything you need. In addition, the guys are constantly improving it and adding new functionality. If you compare the version from 3 years ago with the current one, you will see how far we have come both in terms of adding functionality and in terms of improving what already worked well.

I was hesitant to use a chat because we already had WhatsApp. However, in just a few months, Tidio has really made a huge difference in our conversion rate, The chatbots are great and our customers love the idea to talk to an agent. This may be the best kept secret of all the shopify eco system. Have tried maybe more than 10 chat solutions so far, but none would hold a candle to this in terms of useability, functionality and effectiveness. Would be happy if it could be a little cheaper but this really is great

We are using Tidio so that we can reply to any queries that customers may have in real time. That's what we wanted, that's what it does! We're finding that this is really popular and encourages sales by meeting any doubts customers might have. It was really easy to set up and is very flexible to configure so that it complements our website design very attractively. The dashboard interface is very intuitive to use. There seems to lots of other useful features to explore so we're minded to do that, as its all been good so far.

Really simple and effective chat system. We use the free edition for live chat only and it is perfect for our needs. We have previously tested the auto chat bot system to prompt users to sign up for the mailing list and similar and it's really effective, though too expensive for our small budget sadly. Highly recommended anyway.
