I love Tidio. I'm solo on customer support online, and using their tool allows me to handle customer requests from all my devices no matter where I am. I've set up a number of chatbots (premium feature) to handle FAQ and situations where customers just need a little extra guidance, but it's generally the same set of questions about pickups, wholesale or custom products. When there are a lot of customers shopping, this takes the pressure off an lets me focus on the ones who need specific help making their purchase. Being able to see what pages customers have visited and see their questions as they type them (both premium features that are worth it), make providing support much faster and easier. I'm also really happy with the level of support Tidio's team provides. They've been very responsive and helpful.

I downloaded Tidio at the recommendation of a friend to use its chat bot services. I have also used the marketing campaign service and find it to be a very easy app to use, very professional and clean looking too. I especially want to give a shout out to their customer service, which is TOP NOTCH! Their agents are very quick to respond and knowledgeable about the app. Really, really appreciate all their help. Highly recommend Tidio to any small (or big) business looking to play around with a these sorts of features on their website.

I've downloaded the app and worked on it for a few hours, everything seems great and you get a LOT of features even on the free plan.

Such a great app! We had another chat app installed and it did not meet our needs even close to what Tidio does. The app is user-friendly and the learning curve isn't too steep. The typing preview function is THE BEST, as we can start to solve any customer inquiries before they've even hit send! Tidio's Customer Service Team is outstanding, and definitely helps them to stand out from the rest. They respond quickly, provide efficient and fast resolutions and are always very friendly! I was getting a lot of visitors to my site but conversions were low. I wanted to see if adding a chat feature + bots would help. It did! I've saved several abandon carts already by being able to communicate directly with potential customers at the point of sale. Plus Tidio's customer service is top notch - not surprsingly their chat feature works really, really well. Highly recommend!
