This app is great. Easy to integrate into your store, and customizable to match your theme colors. The added ability to download an app to chat with customers from my phone was something I was not expecting in a free app. I highly recommend it.

We came back and our trial had ended spoke with the support team and they extended the trial for us. We love Tidio Chat!! It is a great tool to help us help customers as they are browsing our site. Sometimes people have questions about the sizing of kids clothes, this a perfect way to get them an answer right away.
