We are very impressed with this app! Our sales have increased. We make a customizable product that can require some hand-holding. Tidio takes the customer experience to a whole new level. One word - awesome. Nice work, Tidio, you've nailed it!

If you have a problem that persists you can contact the staff who are always active to help you even in the most delicate moments. I recommend Tidio because it's easy to use.

OHMGSH! There are alot of apps that I download and then delete because they are not compatible with what I am looking for, but this app is everything I need! I take soooo many custom orders that my customers are always needing to message me and now it's even easier! Thanks for offering this and I hope you all make more like it! BTW never a problem or crash with the app!
