Tidio has satisfied all my LiveChat needs. Customizable greetings and color schemes on my website, notifications and LiveChat via my phone, and solid customer service. Very happy I went with Tidio. Thank you!
This looks amazing! So simple.
I love this app, it's super convenient, simple, intuitive and feature rich. The support is amazing as well. I don't think I can list any problems with Tidio. Nobody paid or told me to write this either, I know it sounds like it. I 100% recommend this app its just so good.

I love the app. The only problem I have with it is that I wanted the free plan for now, my store is still growing, but after the trial period I didn't have the option to choose the free plan. ***Update*** Everything is okay. It defaulted me to the Free plan. Customer Service helped me. Thanks!

Excellent app! 5* because it is extremely comprehensive. We can chat anywhere with the phone app meaning I can go walk the dog and still be there to help our customer. The support I have received so far has been prompt and engaging, cannot fault that.
2 suggestions for developer
1. Where we can see what users are typing on the screen before they submit each message is great, but there should be confirmation to say that each message has actually been submitted. Embarrassing if you think they have submitted their message and you respond to it before they have actually submitted it.
2. Please add the ability to have bots trigger other bots to improve on site automation.
