From our use on our store, I enjoy it because I can respond quicker to messages and give our customers the best support as fast as possible because most customers do not want to take the time to email or call these days.

We are generally happy with Tidio and its integration with Shopify. Setup is straightforward, and the AI features are helpful for handling common customer questions and improving response times.

So far, I'm really liking the app. I'm using Tidio on two different stores one for an e-commerce and one for a teaching website. Their training model is the best that I found so far, perhaps not quite as intuitive as a ChatGPT but that said they do get pretty granular so I like that. I think that ticket system could be improved, but I don't need it for that. I'm really only here for the chat bot capabilities, and also the integration with the Shopify environment.

Good overall. A bit pricey for AI Chat conversations. Backend settings is robust and has many features to dial in your website chat capabilities.

Love having all messages in one place! Makes our support much more streamlined. Although, I wish spam was filtered out a bit better, and Messanger messages could be replied to after the current window allows.

The current time window for responding sadly is a restriction set by Meta (Facebook), and it applies across all platforms, not just Tidio.
