We installed this on our website http://OrganicoSuperFoods.Com and found it very easy to install and use.
Works on Google and mobile but doesn't appear to work on Firefox,

Looks professional can be downloaded on my laptop, and mobile device
with the 15/m I can have 3 operators so one of us is always alert for our customers at all times.
BOTS:
yes they have bots, a bot can help reply and respond to a customer that needs help in the many basic everyday questions, like product availably, wether we deliver here or there, or even tracking an item, and much more
and it'll always give the customer a button to speak directly to an operator incase the bot cant help in his or her enquiry

Components of this app is great. However, there has been a number of issues like automation deleting on it's own, and the automated emails hounded our customers. One customer told us they received 12+ emails a day! They couldn't resolve this issue.
Too many problems.
Good app and has a very good mobile app as well. Would recommend!
