Great App, Have been using it for about 4 months, I love the way that I can see my customers on my website in Real Time, and can watch the customer journey from page to page. The live chat feature is simple and has really helped me convert visitors to customers, especially when they have a quick question about a product or shipping, and they need an immediate answer. The only thing I can suggest is that when you get an offline message, there should be a feature that allows you to reply from within the Tidio Chat area, rather than have to go to your email client. Other than that Great App
Great feature set, even on the free plan. Intuitive and functional. They offer some pre-configured chatbot options, which is nice, and their support has been terrific.

The app works amazingly when you are logged on to the desktop version. For some reason, I still miss messages from customers when I try to access it from my phone. The 5-stars is for the excellent customer service from the Tidio team! If I have a question, they are there immediately to answer it. My rep even taught me a few tricks that would generally help me when testing out my site. I appreciate them greatly!

I use tidio to chat with customers online and it's great! I think it has helped me get back a lot of clients that I might have lost

Everyone should have Tidio! I am not just saying this for no reason at all, it is a chat box that can be utilized any where you are. Even on your desktop! I had Tidio for my store last year then decided to try out the shopify inbox. However, that was a big mistake leaving Tidio as the shopify inbox is experiencing tech problems, and I was unable to communicate with my customers. Thus, I decided to give Tidio another try, and I am so grateful to be able to integrate them once again! My customer rep Martin, is amazing to work with, very knowledgable, and helpful to no end! He is so incredible, I hope he gets a raise! :) Because of his help, I am able to chat with my customers right from my desktop without a browser! How awesome is that!!??
