Una app muy útil, funciona perfecto, llevo 3-4 años usándola y no la cambio porque su interfaz es muy fácil y como plus la app en móvil funciona perfecto para atender a los clientes en cualquier momento. Recomendada.

Tidio is a great support for our customer care team, enabling us to chat live with customers and resolve issues in real time. When the operators are not online, it responds quite well to requests, and we deal with them in the morning. We sell mostly furniture with many specifications that need to be understood by the client, and Tidio is able to keep them engaged while we find information.

Ich bin bislang sehr zufrieden mit Tidio, da bei uns die Live-Chat Funktion mit das wichtigste ist. Bislang konnte keine andere Chatting-App unsere Wünsche so erfüllen.

Das senden von Produkten im Chat sieht außerdem verdammt gut aus!

It’s an amazing app. I brought it in because handling everything alone was getting impossible, and now Lyro AI takes care of all the first responses for me. It’s a shame there’s still some trouble with Japanese input, but the benefits easily outweigh that. Really great stuff.

Tidio has a feature that upgrades your package automatically. This is in theory a good idea during Seasonal sales. However, it doesn't downgrade automatically after that.

Extreme seasonality is a known fact in E-Commerce, so it's undeniably bad intend by Tidio and was probably developed as a cash grab instead of convenience for small businesses. They upgrade you once your numbers rise and enjoy the extra profit if you do not downgrade manually afterwards.

Who doesn't love it to micromanage your plugins regularly on top of your customers, thanks a lot Tidio. Always love to work with companies who specialize in f*ing over their customers instead making a good product.

Due to known fluctuations in this kind of business it's undeniable this was developed having that in mind. Therefore bad intend is also undeniable. Either that or complete incompetence, both deserves a 1 star rating.
