I have found Tidio to be a great AI chatbot. There is a low learning curve for creating or altering chats. When I received an email about a potential issue, customer and tech support reached out, explained the possible issue, and did a quick fix to set things straight.

App works ok, but its absurd that removing the Tidio branding costs more per month than using the tool itself.

Not to mention very expensive to use the welcome bots and automation flows. For a small store to use them, you'll be paying more than your monthly Shopify fee.

Requests are getting lost - I have them coming from the help email to open a ticket, but once the email gets forwarded, it gets lost where it cannot be found.
Do not have expectations that support will help you - it is very slow to get a response, and the responses are not helpful, nor are they live.
Do yourself a favor and do not use this

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. Our team worked hard to identify and fix the problem you faced. Unfortunately, we couldn't completely assist you since the app was removed before we could pinpoint the issue. It's possible that the problem might have been related to the forwarding rules in your email client, not Tidio itself. I'd really appreciate the chance to give it another try and fully troubleshoot this for you.

this app is confusing pricing is confusing it has three tier what shown on the UI you end up paying around $100 for chatbots which is ok if it actually look at your product and create knowledge it is not. even you are paying $100 you are still tied to total 100 message its very costly

Best customer support app on Shopify! Best value for the price and and even the free option (Until you grow your brand) has many useful features. So many options and the team continues to add to the app!
