Switched to Tidio and it's a really powerful tool. Mostly for the performance and the fact, that it doesn't push down the site speed, something I was affected by and other chat app. The support is fast and very specialized. Recommend!

First off, their support is spot on. Right there when you need them. Secondly, I've tried a couple of other chat platforms that were way too complicated and time consuming. The bot setup on Tidio is really easy and user friendly. I highly recommend Tidio. Love their app!
Stop looking for other chat apps, TIDIO Live chat is what you NEED for your webshop. Martin from the Support team helped me instantly with customization and general questions. I'm loving the app to far. I have not used it with a customer yet but it is cool to see what the customers are looking at while they are online. that feature alone helps me to see what my potential customers are interested in. I'm still using the free trial and plan to keep this app. It's my new favorite.
