We just downloaded this app and so far I'm just in the testing stage. But I must say that I love it already! Super easy to configure. I did have a couple of questions so I used their chat support on their website and the tech was quick to answer my question and now I am good to go! Big thanks!
Unfortunately app was very confusing to setup. Since i already done the the free trial couple years ago i decided to pay the full plan, almost $50 dollars /month. I wanted to start a new chat, from zero but customer support was confusing. different answers every time i talked to someone. so i decided to cancel and because the app didnt have features i needed and was confusing, so i had to cancel ...

The plug in works really well, although it seems to have slowed down the loading speed for my whole site. It has not been installed for long though so I will continue with it and test this.

The app is good but the tech support is not so good. I have been having an issue of receiving mutiple duplicate emails in our dashboard for over a month now and the team has not been able to resolve the same.
Sometimes their team takes over a week to respond.
I would like to escalate this issue to their senior team so they can resolve my query as soon as possible.

De base c'est une bonne application mais malheureusement l'appli ne fonctionne pas bien ! Le chatbot automatique ne fonctionne aléatoirement et c'est dommage car quand il fonctionné il faisait ses preuves ! Je vais me tourner chez un autre concurrent et voir ce qu'on me propose de plus fiable.
The app is really nice. Love all the features that come with it especially the one that allows you to know who is on your website per time and from which country.
We love the app! We're using the free version and everything we need is possible. One of the few apps with live chat and they really do respond immediately. Support is very kind and helpful.

Payment needed after 30 days. The app automatically stopped after my free trial however it says that is free.
Also the mobile app stopped working because its a paid service.
This should have been clear at the time of registering. Don't put free, when its not.
