We've been using Tidio for our online store support at Tegami, and honestly — it's been a lifesaver. Super easy to set up, clean interface, and the free plan is actually useful (not just a teaser).

What we love the most:

Real-time chat with visitors

The chatbot automations save us tons of time

Mobile app works great — we can reply from anywhere

Integrates perfectly with Shopify / WooCommerce

And their support team? Surprisingly fast and friendly.

If you're running a small shop and want something affordable yet powerful — go for Tidio. Highly recommended.

Great app. It has helped me along the way to build my business it really comes in useful. My costumers are very happy and they enjoy the presence of the chatbot. It is also the cheapest option out there.

I was charged twice by Tidio. I provided clear proof directly from my Shopify billing showing the duplicate charge, and even after acknowledging that the payment had been taken twice, they still refused to issue a refund.

What makes the situation even worse is that I am now locked into a contract with them while trying to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward. I escalated the case multiple times, yet nobody seems to genuinely care or take ownership of the problem.

The only responses I received were from automated AI agents claiming they “hadn’t heard back from me” and asking me to reply if the issue was unresolved. After replying, I then received another automated message saying the ticket would be closed because I supposedly had not responded. It feels like an endless automated loop with no real human support involved.

For such an expensive company, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. Everything appears heavily automated, with little to no access to real agents capable of properly handling billing disputes. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
